Refund- Return Policy Updated 04-03-2020

Products Purchased Before April 1, 2020:

Cancelling:
If your product has not been fulfilled, we can cancel and provide a full refund. 

Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel or provide a refund.

Returns:
We do not allow any returns. 

However, if your item is received broken/damaged in any way or your not satisfied, do not hesitate to email us at support@ipurgatory.com with the following information:

  1. Photo of damaged/broken product
  2. Photo of Package if possible
  3. Your Name and Email or Order Number

We may be able to provide a refund or gift card of only the item itself, shipping costs are excluded.

Products Purchased on or after April 1, 2020:

Cancelling:

If it has not been shipped, we will make an attempt to reach out to the Supplier but unable to guarantee a cancellation.

Returns:
Returns are based off of Supplier's Returns Policy.
