Refund- Return Policy Updated 11/05/20

Starting January 1, 2020, we will no longer be providing refunds to anyone before April 1, 2020 purchases.

Products Purchased Before April 1, 2020:.

Returns:

We are not accepting returns at this time. However, if your product has been damaged, not received in a certain amount of time, or something else; we may consider a refund on behalf of the previous owner's discretion.

 

Please provide the following information:

  1. Photo of damaged/broken product if applicable
  2. Your Name and Email or Order Number

We may be able to provide a refund or gift card of only the item itself, shipping may be excluded from this.

Products Purchased on or after April 1, 2020:

Cancelling:
If your product has not been fulfilled, we can cancel and provide a full refund. 

If it has not been shipped, we will make an attempt to reach out to the Supplier but unable to guarantee a cancellation.

Once shipped, you will have to wait to receive it before we can offer any refunds to you.

Returns:
All customers have 30 days from the time they received their purchased item to reach out to us concerning an issue with the product.

However, if your item is received broken/damaged in any way or your not satisfied, do not hesitate to email us at support@ipurgatory.com with the following information:

  1. Photo of damaged/broken product
  2. Photo of Package if possible
  3. Your Name and Email or Order Number

We may be able to provide a refund or gift card of only the item itself, shipping costs may be excluded..
